The micronAir website reloaded.
micronAir has since March 2006 also a new look and feel for its internet website. Besides the totally revamped visual appearance and the expanded content, the company also hopes the optimized user prompting with enhanced target-group responsiveness will lead to even better acceptance of its website. End-users, workshops and dealers, plus representatives of the automotive industry, will all, for example, quickly find the contents of interest to them.
“This is just a first step”, says Christoph Staffa, the executive responsible for the new website, and by this he means that micronAir comprehends the web project as a continuous process. The next stage planned features customer-specific information services and communication options. So that the company can use the web to keep closely in touch with the wishes and needs of its customers.
